Chef Joon comes from a diverse culinary background with extensive experience in French, Italian and Japanese cuisines. His idea behind Hikari is to fuse Izakaya, the Japanese pub experience, and Washoku, traditional Japanese food. Hikari pays homage to these traditions whilst giving every meal a slight tweak to make the menu approachable for all.
